White wine Bolgare

Domaine Boyar’s “Bolgare” project is made with grapes from the winery in Sliven, part of the company’s larger philosophy of creating affordable and authentic Bulgarian wines with terroir character. The vineyards are located in the Sliven region, on sandy-clay soils with good drainage. The microclimate is continental with generous sunshine and day-night amplitudes, which help preserve the freshness of the grapes.
