Payment and delivery terms
These Payment and Delivery Terms govern the payment methods, the processing and delivery times of orders, the delivery cost and the conditions for returning goods purchased from an online store EMS 7, managed by EMS 7 Ltd. Online store EMS 7 offers bottled wine with delivery throughout Bulgaria and abroad via a courier company Speedy.
1. Payment methods
Customers can pay for their order in one of the following ways:
1.1. Cash on delivery
When choosing cash on delivery, the customer pays the value of the order upon receipt of the shipment from the courier. Payment is made to the courier according to Speedy's terms and conditions. It is possible that fees related to the "cash on delivery" service may be added to the delivery price, if applicable.
1.2. Bank transfer
When choosing a bank transfer, the customer pays the value of the order to the bank account of EMS 7 Ltd. The order is processed after payment is received. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, EMS 7 Ltd reserves the right to contact the customer for confirmation or to cancel the order.
1.3. Credit or debit card
When choosing to pay by credit or debit card, the customer pays for the order through a secure payment system, when such functionality is available on the site. EMS 7 Ltd does not store full bank card data. Card payments are processed through the respective payment operator.
2. Delivery terms
Deliveries are made via courier company Speedy to a Speedy address, office or vending machine, when such an option is available for the relevant location or country.
2.1. Delivery to Bulgaria
The standard delivery time within Bulgaria via Speedy's service is usually 1 business day, counted from the handover of the shipment to the courier. The usual time for processing an order by EMS 7 Ltd is 1–2 business days, after which the shipment is handed over to a courier.
The delivery price in Bulgaria is calculated according to the current Speedy tariff at the time of shipment. It may vary depending on the weight of the shipment, the number of bottles, the dimensions of the package, the selected delivery method — to an address, office or vending machine — as well as additional services such as cash on delivery or declared value. Lighter shipments usually have a lower delivery price, while heavier shipments or orders with more bottles may be charged at a higher rate according to Speedy's terms. The final delivery price is confirmed when processing the order or is calculated automatically, if such functionality is available on the site.
2.2. International delivery
EMS 7 can also deliver abroad through Speedy's international services, when delivery to the respective country is possible. The terms and prices for international delivery depend on the recipient's country, weight, dimensions, delivery method and the selected service. The price for international delivery is specified individually or calculated according to Speedy's current tariff and calculator.
3. Shipping cost
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the products, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The final delivery price is determined according to:
- the weight and dimensions of the shipment;
- the number of bottles;
- the delivery address or office;
- the country of delivery;
- the selected payment method;
- availability of cash on delivery;
- additional services such as declared value, insurance or special handling.
When shipping wine, shipments may be packaged with additional protective materials, which may affect the weight and final shipping cost.
4. Receiving a shipment
Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer should check the condition of the packaging in the presence of the courier. If the shipment is visibly damaged, broken or there is a suspicion of a broken bottle, the customer should request a report from the courier and contact EMS 7 Ltd as soon as possible. We recommend that you do not accept a shipment with visible serious damage without notifying the courier of the problem.
5. Return of goods
The customer has the right to return goods purchased online within 14 days from receiving, when the legal conditions for this are met. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened and with their original packaging intact.
Due to the nature of the products offered EMS 7 Ltd may refuse to return products that are opened, damaged, with compromised integrity, improperly stored after delivery, or unfit for resale for hygienic, quality, or legal reasons.
Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the customer EMS 7 Ltd or a defective/damaged product delivered.
6. Damaged or wrong item
If you receive the wrong product, missing product or damaged bottle, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form on the site. After checking the case EMS 7 Ltd may offer a replacement, re-delivery, refund or other appropriate solution.
