The base wine is fully fermented in concrete tanks, preserving its authenticity and purity of flavor. Each bottle is aged for a minimum of 30 months on the lees, and an additional 3 months after disgorgement refine this stylish brut, where the dosage does not exceed 7.5 g/l. The result?
