Until recently, this liquid magic was completely lost to the world. The story of this wine is an impressive tale of chance and time. Produced with exceptional care, from grape varieties – Melnik and Muscat, it was left to age in a dark and forgotten cellar. But in this oblivion, a miracle was born – right here, under the thick concrete slab and the Melnik sun, a unique Bulgarian wine was created. In 1998, accidentally discovered, this wine tells a story of resilience and magnificence – more than 1/3 of the content was lost, but this creates an inimitable concentration and character. Bottled without filtration, it carries the pure magic of decades of aging – a true gift from nature and time.
